Nixon's Coin Operated Laundry has been in business since 1961, originally started as a laundromat and service station.  Dennis and Elizabeth (Jean) Nixon purchased the business from Elizabeth's father in 1971 and operated under Nixon's Coin Operated Laundry until June 2018 when Dennis's nephew Justin Nixon and Becky Proulx-Murphy purchased the business from them.
